Adapted Nutrition was founded in 2016 with a commitment to providing simple, science-based hydration products from natural sea minerals -- without the added sugar, maltodextrin, or fillers that are found in most nutritional supplements.

Our “clean product” values made us one of the first to create electrolyte supplements that wouldn’t “break your fast” during intermittent fasting, which made us a favorite of the burgeoning keto community by helping to combat keto flu without any sugar or maltodextrin (which spikes blood sugar and kicks you out of ketosis).

Today we are a leader in the keto supplements and sugar-free sports hydration markets and have continued to live our values by responding to the need for clean, science-based nutrition without added sugars, or fillers.
